Rating: 8 out of 10! This racquet has been used a few times. It has scratches on the frame and bumperguard. The racquet has not structural damage. It is strung with Prince Synthetic Gut 16g at mid range. Volkl upgrades it's Organix Super G 8 line with the new V-Sense 8 line of tennis racquet. The V-Sense 8 285g is the first of its kind from Volkl in that there has not been an 8 made this light in weight before. The V-Sense 8 is an extremely fast swinging racquet with a whippy feel which provides topspin players with even greater spin. Like that of the Super G 8, the V-Sense 8 285g also offers improved speed grommits (Super G). Volkl has also improved the racquet speed with a redesigned beam shape. Volkl has combined its classic precision styled beam with its boxy organix beam construction which is more suited for the modern styled player who wants more spin and control. To keep up with their reputation of providing incredible dampening systems, Volkl has added a new VSensor dampeneing technology within the handle system which is specificall designed to eliminate racquet vibration. VSensor combined with the reinforced new tri-carbon C3 material contructions in the positioned in parts of the head and shaft provide a smooth feeling frame. This version of the V-Sense 8 is a great option for high level juniors switching over to an adult frame, looking for a high performance racquet that offers great spin with its 16/18 string pattern and is not too heavy or too light. This racquet is also reccommended for strong beginner to intermediate players. Best suited for players with shorter, compact strokes looking for power. Recommended for the 3.0-4.5 NTRP level players.
